Website as a Service: a site that’s always right, for one monthly price
Professional Webflow site live in 2–3 weeks. Hosting, edits, maintenance, and monitoring: one monthly price. After 24 months, the site is yours.

Built on the same system we use for Gorgias-tier clients, priced for teams that aren’t there yet
What Website as a Service means
Website as a Service (WaaS) replaces the big upfront web project with a subscription: design, build, hosting, maintenance, and ongoing edits for one monthly price. Instead of a five-figure project bill before launch, you pay one monthly price and go live in 2–3 weeks. The catch with most WaaS agencies is the fine print: hostage hosting, sites you never own, template mills. Ours reads differently, on purpose. Here it is.
What the monthly price covers
Your site, built
Designed on our proven Webflow system, tailored to your brand, live in 2–3 weeks.
Hosting + maintenance
Fast, secure, always current; we handle everything technical.
4 edit requests a month
A request = up to 4 hours (new section, CMS changes, fixes). Bigger work quoted separately, always before we start.
Lead-path monitoring, monthly
Forms tested, tracking verified, speed checked. Your contact form will never be silently broken for six weeks.
Quarterly review
What’s working, what to improve next.
24-month initial term (that’s what makes the build price honest), then month to month.
How a real site ships in 2–3 weeks
Not magic, and not a template skin: a conversion-proven structure refined across 50+ builds (the section logic, the component library, the speed discipline) with your brand, your message, and your imagery applied by the same senior team that does our custom work. Week one is positioning and content; week two is design-and-build on the system; week three is QA, tracking, launch. The system is why it’s fast; the humans are why it doesn’t look it.
The fine print: read it, we’re proud of it
Who owns the site?
After 24 months: you. Design, CMS, content: fully yours, whether you stay or go. Most WaaS agencies keep the site forever; that’s the model’s bad reputation, and we don’t run it.
Is it a template?
It’s our proven conversion system (structure and components refined across 50+ builds) with your brand, your copy direction, your imagery. Not a bargain skin, not a from-scratch art project. The middle that works.
What if I cancel at month 25?
You take the site and leave. We’ll even help you move hosting. The work is the retention strategy.
What if I outgrow it?
Upgrade to a custom build anytime. Everything you’ve paid counts toward the relationship, and the content moves with you.
The economics, honestly
A subscription isn’t cheaper than a project. Over a couple of years it lands in the same territory. What it changes is when you pay and what’s bundled: no five-figure upfront, hosting and upkeep folded in, and the edits that would otherwise be ad-hoc invoices already covered. For a company funding the site from monthly revenue instead of savings, that trade is the whole point. For a company with the project budget sitting ready, the custom build is usually the better buy, and we’ll tell you which side you’re on.
Built for teams that need the site now, not the invoice
Startups pre-funding. Small B2B teams replacing a site that embarrasses them. Founders who’d rather pay monthly from revenue than five figures from savings. If you’re past that stage, Web Design is your page: custom scope, 3–6 weeks, you own it day one.
More honest than an “unlimited” design subscription
Unlimited design subscriptions sell infinity and deliver a queue. We publish the real mechanics: four bounded requests a month, senior Webflow hands, stated turnaround, plus the parts subscriptions skip: hosting, maintenance, and monitoring of the thing that matters, your lead path.
What actually happens at month 24
No cliff, no renegotiation ambush. The site transfers to your ownership, the plan flips to month to month, and you choose: keep the edits-and-monitoring service running, downshift to Maintenance & Support, or take the site and go with our help moving it. Most stay, but the model only deserves trust because leaving is easy, so we keep it easy.
WaaS vs a traditional build
| Website as a Service | Custom project | |
|---|---|---|
| Upfront | None | Full project cost |
| Live in | 2–3 weeks | 3–6 weeks |
| Design | Proven system, your brand | Fully custom |
| Edits after launch | 4/month included | Maintenance plan |
| Hosting + monitoring | Included | Separate |
| Ownership | Yours after 24 months | Yours day one |
Year-over-year cost lands in similar territory. The difference is when you pay and how fast you’re live. Post-launch edits on a custom project run through Maintenance & Support.

WaaS questions, answered straight
What is Website as a Service?
A subscription covering design, build, hosting, maintenance, and edits for one monthly price, no large upfront project cost.
How much does it cost?
One monthly price, stated in writing before you commit. Share your budget on the start form and you’ll have the number within 24 hours.
What happens after 24 months?
The site becomes yours and the plan goes month to month. Keep it for the edits and monitoring, or leave with everything. We’ll even help you move.
What counts as an edit request?
Up to 4 hours of senior work: a new section, CMS updates, a fix, a speed pass. Bigger jobs get a fixed quote first.
Can I cancel early?
The initial term is 24 months. That’s what finances building your site upfront. After that, cancel anytime and the site’s yours.
Is the design custom?
Structurally, it’s our proven system; visually, it’s your brand. Full ground-up custom is our Web Design service.
Do you write the copy?
Key-page messaging, yes. Same discipline as our custom builds. Ongoing content is an SEO plan.
Does SEO come with it?
Foundations, yes: clean structure, metas, speed. Ongoing rankings work is SEO Services, and WaaS clients get add-on scoping.
What if my needs grow mid-term?
Upgrade to custom anytime; what you’ve paid counts toward the relationship. Growth is the good problem. The model bends for it.
What if Ansot disappears?
Your site is standard Webflow: portable to any certified partner, no proprietary lock. Ownership after 24 months isn’t a promise that needs us alive to honor; it’s how the account is structured.
