We are confident you will be happy with our services. All purchases are final: once a purchase is completed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Cancelling a retainer or subscription stops future billing rather than refunding past payments. The term for each service (the first 3 months on SEO, AI SEO and Google Ads, the 24-month initial term on Website-as-a-Service, pause or cancel anytime on maintenance) is stated on our pricing page and in your proposal, together with project payment milestones and the audit credit.
